I'm Eslam Omar Ghonem, born in 1998 near Cairo, just a stone’s throw from Sahure’s Pyramid. Though it’s not open to the public, I spent my childhood exploring its ancient stones, unaware of their historical significance.
As the youngest son in a farming and hosting family, I grew up welcoming guests from around the world, learning English naturally. At 13, the revolution hit our family hard, and I worked various jobs—picking crops, driving a TukTuk in Cairo—to support us.
While working at my brother's small hotel, I discovered my passion for creating memorable experiences for others. Through this website, I offer travel consulting services to make your stay in Cairo unforgettable while supporting my family.
Let me guide you through both the ancient and modern sides of Cairo. Though I’m not an archaeologist, I’m a well-versed local guide eager to show you its most authentic corners.
Cost Orientation:
Flat Pricing for Small Groups: My consultation costs remain the same whether you are 1 or 2 people. Additional costs apply for groups of 3 or more.
Day Trips in Cairo:
Prices range from €40–70 depending on distances and your budget.
Additional costs include tickets, tips, and food.
Ticket Prices:
Ticket prices for foreigners have increased recently, and I will provide the exact costs closer to the trip.
For example, the Grand Egyptian Museum ticket currently costs 1200 EGP (approximately €20), which is one of the most expensive tickets.
White Desert Trips:
Trips to the White Desert require hiring a safari tour operator, which is pricey for one person (starting at around €400).
However, the price per person decreases significantly with more people joining the trip.
